My son came to me and confided: “Why do girls tell me they just want to be friends?” I assured my son that the “Let’s just be friends” syndrome has plagued many a young man.
I told my son about a new website called “The Dating School” that gives advice to young men about how to get girls to notice them. His ears really perked up when I said the site helps you stop having girl friends and start having girlfriends! He really liked that idea!
My son ran up to his room and went to The Dating School on his computer. He was fascinated by what he read. He just couldn’t believe all of the great ideas in their newsletter. Since meeting girls is one of my son’s problems, he was really interested in the sections on the website that discuss how to meet girls and how to overcome anxiety. He thought the section on “openers” was pretty funny.
My son thinks The Dating School’s Free Dating Advice is one of the coolest sites he’s ever seen.  He’s trying to get up the nerve right now to start using his newly-found knowledge about dating on some of the local gals. Let’s wish him luck!

Some companies just don’t care about their customers. I dealt with one recently that absolutely never returns emails. All of your emails go into some black hole, and there’s is nothing you can do to get them to respond!
You can’t call them, because they don’t give out their phone number. Imagine a company having NO phone customer support! That’s like the dark ages or something!
They do have a forum. You can post your issues on the forum. But beware! No one may pay attention to your issues. If they do, they will probably just say: it’s your fault … or that’s life … or don’t you dare criticize!
Lots of people do criticize on the forum, because they can’t get through to customer support, but the response is usually … we’re perfect and you’re not! They just let their customers churn.
No wonder, companies like CallMiner are cropping up to offer products to help companies identify customers likely to churn … so they can retain those customers. Like the company I dealt with above, the owners probably have no idea that their support staff is aggravating customers so much, and it would be good if they did!
